Real Madrid forward Yannik Carrascom has joined Borussia Mönchengladbach for £6.8m, according to ESPN FC.
The 25-year-old midfielder joins from Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen, where he scored 20 goals in 34 appearances last season.
Carrascom scored the winning goal in the Champions League final last month.
His arrival at Dortmund will come after Borussia was eliminated from the Europa League last season, and will give Real Madrid a new forward to utilise.
According to ESPN’s Jurgen Klopp, Dortmund will be looking to bolster their attacking options in January with the arrival of Carras.
“Real Madrid are the best team in Europe,” Klopp said.
Klopp also added that Dortmund have been scouting the player, who has played for several Bundesliga clubs.
He added: “I’m very confident that Borussia are a very strong team, and that we will have a very good player in Yanniko.”
The German has made three Bundesliga appearances for Leverkusens this season, scoring four goals and providing four assists.
This season he has also started all three games for Borussia.
Borussia Möchchen have also been linked with Real Madrid star Gareth Bale in the past.
Real Madrid will pay around €9.5 million for Carras comando.
